Automotive expert
After a classic apprenticeship as a car mechanic, I acquired extensive practical knowledge through working at various well-known car dealerships, including in the body department at BRABUS GmbH. Through my subsequent work as a service advisor for a Honda dealership, I was able to deepen my professional experience in the area of claims processing. In 2012 I passed my exam to become a car technician at the HWK Düsseldorf. After preparing more than 2000 reports as an expert in an engineering office, I decided to become self-employed. At the same time, I successfully completed an engineering degree specializing in mechanical engineering / automotive management at the University of Duisburg-Essen with a Bachelor of Science degree.

Diploma in administration
After completing a commercial apprenticeship as an office communications clerk, I began a dual course of study at the North Rhine-Westphalia University of Applied Sciences for Public Administration and completed it with a diploma in administration. Due to a subsequent long-term activity in the traffic sector, in particular in the assessment of damage and the initial contact in the event of traffic accident damage, I have extensive professional experience in this area, which I now use for the customer care of Alpha Gutachten UG.
Furthermore, I take care of the areas of administration, administration and accounting.
